FREE when you spend over £30. Delivered within 1-2 working days of the dispatch date (Monday-Saturday, excluding public holidays). Delivered by Royal Mail – a signature may be required on receipt.
We will do our absolute best to meet the stated delivery times but they cannot be guaranteed – this is subject to stock and courier availability and external factors beyond our control. If your purchase has not arrived within the expected time you should first check with your neighbour or your local Delivery Office.
Unfortunately an item may sometimes go missing in the post. We are unable to process any claim for an item that has not been delivered unless 15 working days has passed since the date the item was dispatched. All claims must be made within 28 working days of the dispatch date (for your dispatch date check your ‘Dispatch Confirmation’ email).
Refunds
Unworn resaleable item(s) purchased from our website may be refunded providing that you request this within 28 days from the date on the dispatch note email.
For Christmas we’ve extended the period of time of our refund policy to allow purchases made between 14th November and the 24th December to be returned up to the 14th January 2023
Please note that you will be required to cover the cost of postage if you choose to return an item for a refund.
Any amount due will be refunded back onto the debit/credit card originally used. Please allow up to 5 working days for this process to complete.
In the event that we do not receive your returned item, we will ask you to provide the Proof of Postage receipt you obtained from the Post Office. We reserve the right to refuse a refund if you are unable to provide this Proof of Postage.
